L'accueil est très sympathique, le personnel se "décarcasse" pour trouver des réponses et les communiquer par téléphone ou par mail très rapidement.
L'office de tourisme de Lorient (vitrine de la ville et de la région de bord de mer) aurait mérité une meilleure situation et un meilleur accès.
C'est dommage pour cette équipe qui fait au mieux pour aider les touristes et les locaux (ex : en donnant sur la gare ?)
