LA BALEINE DÉSHYDRATÉE

Taken over last March, the new owners of this restaurant in the heart of the Cité de la Voile have totally reinvented the place. La Baleine, which had been dehydrated, is now rehydrated again, with fresh, local cuisine (burgers, salads, tartines, planks), a drinks menu and a flurry of entertainment. We love the sharing corner, which invites groups of 2 to 4 people to share "Flam's", topped with fromage blanc, tomato and fresh herbs. The idea of an open-access bar area is also ingenious and convivial. Promising!
