Smartappart is a new chain of apartments furnished in short or medium-stay rentals, a concept in full development. That of Lorient just opened, after the one in Cherbourg inaugurated the sign. The building does not pay a mine, but it is important to note that everything is new, spacious and decorated and refined as soon as the entry threshold is crossed. Choose between 3 types of studios: base, comfort and family. Wifi access, comfortable flat-screen TV, comfortable bedding await you. The kitchenette makes it possible to make its meals. Little more: The bakery is right next door. For a tourist or business stay, a judicious choice in downtown Lorient.

Situé à deux pas du centre-ville et des halles de merville.
Très pratique pour musarder sur le port de plaisance, et se rendre au spectacle ou au match.
La dame à la réception est vraiment avenante, souriante.
Ma chambre était spacieux, agréable.
Elle donnait sur une cour.

Les prestations sont correctes pour le prix. l'établissement est propre et la literie confortable. Pas de prestation petit déjeuner mais une kitchenette et une boulangerie au pied de l'hôtel ainsi qu'une épicerie à 2mn. Le gros point noir est que notre chambre ... la c19 donne sur une cour intérieure avec le groupe froid de la boulangerie qui fait un bruit important qui rend la nuit difficile et peu reposante. Cela fait perdre une étoile à la prestation globale !!! Dommage.

Les chambres sont correctes, il y a un code pour la chambre. Celui-ci est également valable pour l'entrée. Chambre propre mais meublée simplement. Service pas vu.
