Well-appointed restaurant in Lorient featuring affordable gastronomy and culinary art.
Gastronomy at low prices, that's what 26-28 offers, the new gourmet restaurant on the rue Poissonnière in Lorient. After ten years working in the kitchens of starred restaurants, the chef, Arthur Friess, now offers his know-how in Lorient. It is thus in an airy and very nicely arranged space that you will be able to appreciate the culinary art of the house. From Jerusalem artichokes with black truffle juice and smoked pear, to red mullet with Hingair beet, the dishes are skilfully prepared and the plates are to die for.

Étape imprévue et très plaisante : déjeuner au 26/28, où officie le chef Arthur Friess. Une cuisine légère, aux accents italiens, qui débute par un pappa al pomodoro, tagète et pain brûlé. Coup de cœur pour le tendre poulpe grillé au lait de chanvre.

Une belle découverte ! Les plats sont goûteux, avec des saveurs de saison. Le chef peut s adapter et proposer des variantes si vraiment vous avez une impoosibilite pour certains plats( femme enceinte pour nous) mais la carte même restreinte offre du choix pour plaire à tout le monde. L équipe est agréable et pro, le cadre est moderne.

Excellent dîner à deux dans ce restaurant pendant l’été. Les plats étaient délicieux et le service agréable et attentionné. La déco est agréable bien que légèrement trop épurée pour moi, mais c’est vraiment une question de goût. À refaire avec plaisir, plutôt pour une occasion spéciale !

Le chef a adapté le menu en 6 temps pour une végétarienne et c’était génial ! Une vraie expérience gastronomique pour nous et pour elle.
