Gastronomy at low prices, that's what 26-28 offers, the new gourmet restaurant on the rue Poissonnière in Lorient. After ten years working in the kitchens of starred restaurants, the chef, Arthur Friess, now offers his know-how in Lorient. It is thus in an airy and very nicely arranged space that you will be able to appreciate the culinary art of the house. From Jerusalem artichokes with black truffle juice and smoked pear, to red mullet with Hingair beet, the dishes are skilfully prepared and the plates are to die for.

Une super cuisine bien travaillé et délicate avec de nombreuses saveurs. Produit frais. De bons conseils pour les vins associés aux plats. Nous recommandons.

De passage sur lorient nous avons réservés suite au conseil d'amis locaux .
Cela faisait 20 ans que je n'avais pas mangé de produits de la mer.
Vous m'y avez redonnés goûts.

Rien dans l'assiette, on y cherche les aliments.
Beaucoup de ronds de jambe pour si peu de quantité.
Et à la sortie une note aussi salée que les plats.
On sort sans exagérer avec la faim au ventre.
Le kebab d'à côté nous fait de l'œil.
La bouteille d'eau nous est imposée à l'arrivée : plate ou pétillante ?
Payante surtout !
La carafe fait mauvais genre au 26 28..
Assurément, nous n'y retournerons pas.
