Since the end of 2017, Anthony Rauld, an experienced sommelier, and Olivier Beurné, former starred chef of the Château de Locguénolé, have taken over the reins of the Amphitryon. In this ultra contemporary and elegant setting, they will introduce you to their vision of gastronomy. Refined dishes and creative alliances are proposed according to the seasons: oyster bubbles, parsley chlorophyll, shiso vinegar sorbet, asparagus paste, red onion condiment with black tea, parmesan foam, verbena mousse, kalamansi sorbet... A cuisine full of finesse.
