Géraud is well known to Lorient locals for having worn the chef's hat at the WestPort Inn. For the past year, he's been cooking up American-inspired dishes in the kitchen of Le Dur à cuire. An affordable lunchtime canteen with an extensive drinks menu, a Sunday brunch menu and burgers on the first Friday of every month: this is a place where you can eat al fresco on formica tables and vintage chairs. Très bon restaurant où je viens régulièrement. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. Les plats sont délicieux.
