Restaurant with fast and particularly pleasant service where the products are fresh and the dishes are entirely home-made.

Freshly arrived in the district of the submarine base of Lorient, the Quai Roman is an excellent brasserie which will satisfy all the palets. Here, the menu is simple and changes regularly according to the tides: sauerkraut of the sea, duck, hake filet, fresh tagliatelle... The products are fresh, the dishes entirely home-made. In a very nicely decorated setting, in the heart of one of the historical districts of Lorient, you will inevitably find what you are looking for. The service is fast and particularly pleasant!

Excellent restaurant. Produits de la mer de très bonne qualité (il y a aussi des plats avec de la viande). Patron qui n'hésite pas à retirer des plats du menu, s'ils ne sont pas de saison. Patron très sérieux, et sympathique. Pour moi ,la meilleure table sur Lorient, par rapport qualité/prix.

Réservation à 20h20 , super accueil de la part des serveuses, toujours souriantes et avec un super sens de la relation clientèle.
Quand à notre repas , un vrai régal, de belles assiettes qu'on a du mal à finir.
Le décor est original et sobre ( coup de cœur pour la petite salle privée)
Hâte d'y retourner, je garde cette bonne adresse.

Bon restaurant avec un personnel attentionné tous au long du service . Un rRepas composés de bulots qui étaient bien goûter et un un steak tartare très bon .

Parfait les palourdes :un régal le dos de cabillaud aussi ,mon voisin a décortiqué son araignée pendant que nous mangions le dessert !le petit rhum du patron !!!! À refaire
