Next to the FNAC, in the heart of downtown Lorient, come and discover this beautiful brewery with a warm welcome and a cosy atmosphere. You can come at any time of the day, on the bar side, and otherwise take advantage of the brasserie-restaurant side for lunch and dinner to discover the dishes offered by Le Carré. Among them, the classics of traditional cuisine: homemade country terrine and its onion jam, beef tartar and fresh homemade fries, grilled entrecote, hake steak with Kari Gosse sauce, pan-fried prawns à la provençale... Not to mention the gourmet coffee or the Breton shortbread with its Toblerone ganache for dessert. If you're just coming for a drink, think of the aperitif board to share.

Bonjour nous y allons de temps en temps avec des collègues.Le plat à l' andouille est une réussite ,je me suis régalé.Concernant le dessert la dernière fois, une glace dame blanche, j' ai été déçu d avoir des morceaux de glace dans la boule vanille compte tenu du prix je m attendais a plus de qualité.Mon erreur maintenant que j y pense est de ne pas avoir fait cette remarque le jour même .Partie remise.
