Entre Terre et Mer is a fish restaurant in downtown Lorient that offers traditional cuisine, homemade dishes, old-fashioned dishes and group meals. For starters, you can have fish soup, rillettes de la mer, homemade smoked salmon dome, crab stuffed with kari-Gosse and many others. For the main courses, his hake fillet with shiitake cream, sea bass fillet with beurre blanc, scallop skewer and its balsamic cream will not leave you indifferent. And for dessert, choose between panna-cotta and its red fruit coulis, pancake terrine with salted butter caramel, financier and its lemon cream...
