Instead of the Tavern, the Aristide took its marks in June 2017. New owners, therefore, but also some new touches in the decoration of this famous brewery in Lorient. In the dining room, you will find a modern, chic and comfortable side, and upstairs, always this small terrace with its panoramic view of the Aristide-Briand square. Not counting the terrace on the ground floor… On the kitchen side, we stay on a brasserie-like card: salads, meals, burgers, tarlows, sauces, creamy lobster risotto, plancha of the sea, stove of gambas, tartiflette in cocotte, pear-chocolate crumble, Breton sanded way with merinate lemon… And on Sunday, it's Brunch! The brewery is open late so that you can go to dinner after a movie or a game! The Aristide also regularly offers concert evenings.
Jolis plats, certains éléments comme les cèpes du Risotto étaient froid mais très bon.
Cependant le service est à revoir, la serveuse qui s'est occupé de notre table n'était pas très aimable. À plusieurs reprises elle a soufflé en epelant le nom des boissons / plats car nous discutions entre nous et il y avait beaucoup de monde donc beaucoup de bruit.
Nous sommes tous également du milieu commercial et c'est la base du métier d'être souriant et patient.
Dommage car de bons plats !
