If you need a culinary change of scenery, meet Pierre who will make you discover the delicious Lebanese cuisine. To start, treat yourself to a small Lebanese aperitif as “arak” (eau de vie of grape flavoured with anise) or the Lebanese kir (white wine with rose syrup). In the cuisine, taste the delicious mezzes, a bouquet of small colourful and tasty dishes (16 varieties and various dishes), friendly full meals, or the special skewer “Byblos”. The cuisine of Pierre allows you to enjoy a complete vegetarian meal. Lebanese wines, like Ksara and Kefraya (moderate consumption) are also not to be missed - to be consumed with moderation.
