Nice little charming restaurant with a generous menu and list of dishes and desserts.

For an Italian break, it's at the Basilico Bistro that we come to eat. This charming little restaurant, hidden in a street in the center of Lorient, has not been empty since it opened in 2015. On the menu and on the slate, you will find generous antipasti, starters, dishes and desserts typical of the transalpine gastronomy. Everything is delicious and you often leave with a tense stomach... But how can you resist the call of the fine cured meats and other pasta and cheese specialties? One piece of advice before you go: make a reservation!

Nous avons dîné deux fois dans ce restaurant, plats excellents et service agréable pour un prix adapté. Petit bémol à cause d’un temps d’attente très long entre les plats et le dessert lors de notre deuxième visite l’été dernier, car le commis attendait apparement le retour de la cheffe qui discutait longuement avec les clients. Nous n’étions pas pressés donc ce n’était pas bien grave, mais nous avons quand même eu un peu l’impression d’être mis de côté. Cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir !
