Since 1989, a beautiful fitness area on a large room of 700 m 2, with a very complete sports complex, a classroom, changing rooms and showers. Patricia, former champion of France and Europe, triple runner of the world of fitness is here to answer all the questions. Cardio-training plateau, cardio-training plateau with steppeur, rowing machine, ergométrique bike, treadmill, elliptical… Group course (abs, buttocks, step, Lia, stretching, body bar, size, special bust…) and training tray with personalized follow-up and specific programs established by state-run teachers.

Club au top !
Un super club bien équipé avec une super salle à l’arrière de cross fit. Patricia et Gérard adorable et à l’écoute pour conseil , et ambiance générale très bonne, tout le monde se parle tout le monde se dit bonjour, Ça change....
