An insectarium in Lizio, allowing visitors to discover the aerial and subterranean world of insects in an educational mimicry room.

Welcome to the aerial and underground world of insects and reptiles. The Insectarium invites you to explore its different areas: an educational mimicry room, in which a number of species are exhibited in their reconstituted natural environment, the ants and bees room, and the scale-reversal room, in which you take the place of the insect. The garden, with its insect pond, vegetable garden and butterfly aviary, is also very pleasant. For the faint-hearted, the site offers support in overcoming phobias.

Fabuleuse découverte des insectes, papillons.....Le maître des lieux nous a fait un exposé tres interessant de ses hôtes, nous avons decouvert la vie des petites bebetes........il est vraiment passionné, nous sommes enchantés de notre visite.

C'était génial, même pour des adultes c'était vraiment passionnant, les propriétaires prennent le temps de vous accompagner et passer du temps avec vous, de partager leur savoir et leur passion. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard et au lieu de nous demander (ou nous laisser !) partir avant d'avoir pu voir les papillons nous avons tout de même pu faire un tour !

Le musée est grand et la serre aux papillons très sympa. Il y a un jardin tranquille également. Les personnes qui donnent les explications sont avenantes et intéressantes. Très bon moment passé à l'insectarium, merci :)
