Belle découverte de ce lieu dédié à l'huître ! Pour tout savoir sur sa production, son histoire, ses bienfaits. Passionnant, très bien présenté, varié. J'admire le travail des ostréiculteurs, physique, exigent et aussi leur prise en compte de l'environnement, leur sens de l'adaptation. Bravo !
