Brittany didn't yet have a home dedicated to oysters, but now it does, with Ostréapolis, an interpretation center dedicated to this rare pearl and seafood products. Locals and visitors to the Rhuys peninsula will learn more about oyster farming through interactive exhibitions, culinary workshops, meetings with experts and conferences on coastal issues. Mainly educational, the center, built in a sustainable approach 1 km from the coast, is aimed above all at families.

Où sont les huîtres ? Un nouvel équipement qui a coûté cher et qui ne sert à rien, autant rencontrer de vrais ostréiculteurs dans leur chantier, les pieds dans l'eau : Ostreapolis, c'est du foutage de gueule ! Les huîtres pour les Nuls...

Où sont les huitres ? Pour 7 euros par personnes, vraiment très décevant, des panneaux explicatifs très enfantins, on en apprend plus sur Google, beaucoup plus sympa et intéressant d'aller chez un ostréiculteur ! Un équipement cher et inutile, encore un exemple de dépense publique !
