Since 2010, the Vénètes cookie factory has been working to "dust off the image of the Breton cookie". Here, we make 100% natural, organic products, preferably using local raw materials. A roasting workshop and coffee shop, Le Petit Jus is first and foremost the story of Dorothée, a chemist and research engineer, who discovered specialty coffee (less than 1% of the world market, certified by independent experts) while living in London. Her watchwords: respect for the product (slow roasting to preserve maximum aroma), for the terroir and for the artisans who grow it on farms run 100% by women. A real gourmet market near you, Le Marché des Vénètes opened its doors in 2021. At the helm are Maud and Cloé, two grocery store owners who used to work for the cookie factory of the same name founded by Mathilde and Xavier, who created this local business, which combines the talents of a cheese shop, a delicatessen, a greengrocer and a delicatessen, full of local and sometimes organic products. More than just an impersonal and anonymous supermarket, Le Marché des Vénètes is a place of sharing and exchange where each customer is king.
