PROCANARD: UN MUST
we are 6 to buy since 4 alebo 5 years our raw foie gras, extra deveined, and make all together a "workshop" foie gras before the holidays. We only have complements, our families only want our foie gras (half-cooked, simple, salt and pepper only).

et le bien être animal de ces milliers de volailles qui viennent de toute la France et qui ensuite dans une noria de camions vont vers rungis et ailleurs ?
Je ne pense que cette usine qui traite des "produits" issus de fermes usines est vocation à être référencée dans le Petit Futé.
D'autant qu'il existe des producteurs locaux à taille humaine respectueux de tout ce qui ne se fait pas à Lauzach et qui vendent des foies gras largement meilleurs. Ils mériteraient pour certains d'entre eux d'être référencés mais pas procanar.
