Recently renovated, this window boutique, described as "macaron heaven", invites you to sample this so chic delicacy, which Pierre Morel has been playing with since 2012. In the freshness of his boutique, you'll find macarons with flavors that are sometimes classic, sometimes original, like the one combining lychee, rose and raspberry, and certainly of great finesse. As Brittany obliges, salted butter caramel has its place in a recipe where it is king, and in another where it shares the limelight with chocolate. Be careful, not a crumb will be left!

Just finished a box of 24 macarons bought on impulse when we visited the photo exhibition. Absolutely delicious! Hope we get to buy them again.

La boutique en ville est fermée mais nous sommes passés à la boutique d'usine plus bas dans La Gacilly. L'accueil y a été très chaleureux. Les prix d'usine sont très attrayants. Les macarons sont de qualités supérieures, les saveurs succulentes et les "rescapés" ne l'ont pas été très longtemps ????

Inutile de se présenter à la boutique, vous vous casserez les dents. Le magasin qui devait rouvrir pour l’été et toujours en travaux et ils sont loins d’être terminés ! Aucune indication n’est apposée sur la vitrine quant à la date de réouverture. Une commerçante à proximité a indiqué qu’il fallait se rendre à l’usine. Je m’y rends donc… la suite dans un prochain avis.
