Yoann Le Baron, former head chef at the Hôtel du Loch in Auray, took over as head chef last spring. And while the management has changed, the team, decor and cuisine remain unchanged. In this 1900s building, you'll still find local fish and seafood dishes on the menu: crispy tuna bar, basil pistou and tangy bell pepper coulis, pan-fried scallops, lobster ravioli, shellfish coulis with preserved lemons... The desserts are all little marvels. An address to remember.
