Groix et Nature, a local culinary workshop with a tour area where you can discover the secrets behind its delicious recipes.

This Groix island cannery needs no introduction, and has become a must for islanders and tourists alike to stock up on the rillettes, tartares, lobster oil and other fish soups for which the company is renowned. As well as being a store with a warm welcome, it's also a production workshop open to visitors. The 65 m² space has been laid out in a playful, interactive way (with sound and visual manipulations) for all kinds of visitors.

Nous n'avons pu visiter les ateliers mais nous nous sommes arrêtés un bon moment dans la boutique sur le port pour decouvrir ces produits de conserver le locale et notamment ces délicieuses rillettes de poissons...
