In one hour, by canoe or kayak, you pass along the cliffs of climbing, you go around the islands, crossing barges and herons. In half a day, you can go to Glénac, go along the Bains-sur-Oust shoreline and return by the Saint-Vincent shoreline, the islands, the Maclais lock. In one day you can go quietly to La Gacilly or Peillac. If you have two days then it's royal, you bring your camping equipment to camp on the campsites by the water, in Bains-sur-Oust, La Gacilly, Redon, Saint-Vincent-sur-Oust, Saint-Martin-sur-Oust, Rieux, Fégréac...
