This historic site boasts the highest concentration of megaliths in the world. From west to east, the megaliths stretch as far as the commune of La Trinité-sur-Mer, where the Petit Ménec alignment is located. Some of these extraordinary granite stones, erected by the first farmers of the Neolithic period, weigh almost twenty tonnes! Protected as a historic monument since 1889, the site - and those on the banks of the Morbihan - will join Unesco's World Heritage List on July 12, 2025. It is the first Breton site to be inscribed on the World Heritage List.

Pour ma part, je n'ai pas trouvé la visite intéressante. Je trouve que ça ne vaut pas le déplacement. Une enfilade de "dolmen" tout petit. Je n'y ai pas trouvé la splendeur que j'y attendais.
