Located south of the Kermario alignments, on the estate of Kercado Castle (private property), the Kercado dolmen is nevertheless accessible to all. Of imposing size (30 m in diameter and 5 m high), it is surmounted by a small menhir. It is also one of the few in Brittany to remain under its original cairn. Feel free to visit the Carnac Prehistory Museum, located in the city centre, to discover the objects from the excavations.

Dolmen de Kercado
Site privé donc payant mais c'est raisonnable (1€/personne). Le site est d'autant plus curieux que l'on peut rentrer dans le dolmen... en baissant bien la tête dans le petit couloir !

Faire le détour si l'on n'a pas encore subi le trop plein d'alignements, dolmens, menhirs et autres...

A very beautiful Dolmen has to visit even though the passage is close to inside. Menhir is not home.

L’accès est payant (1 euro par personne). On peut y faire un détour si on visite les autres monuments dans le coin. Par contre attention à l'auberge indienne à l’entrée, le serveur est assez désagréable.
