Welcome to the 4th dimension! The reception: warm, friendly, humour to boot! Cuisine: everything is made with precision (cooking, flavours, accompaniments). We enjoyed the crayfish (French onion soup and salad with ginger), kebabs de rape and st. Jacques, and of course " fameuses" strawberries flambé as well as the Norman apple cake (flambéed)... at the end of this happiness and you do not want even longer to leave the table! The icing on the cake: we dined facing the working area on the fireplace. show and cheery guaranteed with " Master-cuiseur" ! An advice: reserve in advance but... go! You will travel, a meal in a parallel world and AUTHENTIC...
