In Carnac, board the small boats transformed into friendly tables and taste oysters just out of the water.
For three generations, this family has been producing oysters in the rules of the art, which arrive at the age of 12 months in Carnac (where they will spend a year), then are sorted and put back in their pockets to be taken to Paimpol where they will spend 12 months and will be back in Carnac to be marketed. Embark on the small boats transformed into friendly tables and take away oysters just out of the water, but also shrimps, whelks, clams and fish rillettes... Que vous consommiez sur place ou que vous en apportiez pour chez vous, ces huîtres sont excellentes et se différencient des autres bretonnes car elles sont charnues et ont un goût délicieux.
