Installed across from Belz town hall, the Ria cellar renamed Ivre Mer cellar in 2023, opened its doors in July 2017. There is a nice selection of wines but also spirits, cider and local craft beers. The boss is Simon. He welcomes you to his cellar with pleasure and good humor and will bring you, as a passionate connoisseur, his sound advice to find the bottle that will ideally accompany your feast. The cellar serves as a wine bar during the two weekly markets of Belz.
