Fine dining restaurant offering precise and well-crafted cuisine in Bangor.
This is a top-of-the-range regional establishment, and the Relais et Château label therefore had to have a gastronomic restaurant that matched the quality of the rest of its services, in terms of accommodation and spa-thalassotherapy. And this is indeed the case with the Bleu-Marinière Verte (summed up by a single word in Breton: Glaz). The chef Christophe Hardouin concocts here, using of course ultra-fresh products from identified producers, a precise cuisine, carefully prepared, but without show-off, accessible to a public in the process of getting back into shape. The establishment also has a brasserie that welcomes you for lunch: the Castel-Clara.
