This farm, located 5 minutes from Rennes, specializes in the cultivation of microgreens, some of which are up to 40 times richer in nutrients and vitamins than adult plants. Matilde and Jean-Sébastien (aka JS) also grow herbs and edible plants, all organically. Their workshops have enjoyed growing success since their launch. More and more restaurants in Rennes and throughout the region are working with their microgreens, which add a gustatory and visual punch to many dishes.
