In this cozy restaurant located in the charming village of Saint-Suliac, cooking with fresh market produce is given preference, natural and healthy cuisine cooked with embers, which beautifully combines local produces and spices of the world. The menu changes with the seasons, you can for example treat yourself with andouille rolls with flavours of Asia, a marinated millefeuille tomato-crab-anchovies, a thick fillet swordfish grilled with embers, skewers of prawns roasted in Satay, braised duck and guinea fowl with sweet spices or a café liégeois in the chef's way. Hébergés en chambre d'hôtes à St Suliac ce restaurant Boucanier et Cie nous a été conseillé. Le cadre est très particulier et dépaysant. Nous avons trouvé le menu 3 plats à notre goût et le rapport qualité prix correct. Très agréable soirée.
no star for this restaurant, nonexistent service. we had reserved several days in advance for 20:00, we had the wine list only from there is only one blackboard for all the tables at the end of 1/2 hour we our aperitifs and still not menu while several tables arrivals after us had their starters... we finally let us manage to order at the end of 45 minutes! after more than one hour we did not even have water on the table, we decided to leave while discreetly asking for touch for our aperitifs and surprise, was engueulé by the chef who told us that it did not need guests including us is the roof!! the menu with friendly, which is a shame.
