This microbrewery with a warm and family atmosphere has taken up residence in the heart of the old town. Three atmospheres make up the premises: the "workshop" where the beers are produced, the "bistro" where you can taste them, and the store where you can buy them as well as various other local products or even beer water, beer vinegars or beer preserves. Crack open the Port-Malo, a light blonde and the Saint-Malo, a golden beer.

belle découverte
Petite brasserie niché au coeur d'intramuros et dans une rue calme. On est bien accueilli par une serveuse qui connaît ses produits et n'hésite pas à vous en parler. Les bières sont locales et pas mal. On peut prendre un verre, grignoter et pourquoi pas repartir avec un des produits à base de bière. une jolie découverte.

Retranchée dans un lieu presque caché au coeur de Saint Malo Intra Muros, nous avons découvert avec grande joie cette Brasserie Locale qui fabrique sur place leurs bières. Il est même possible d'en acheter ou de les goûter ( il y a un petit coin bar)
La serveuse nous a très bien accueillis, n'hésitant pas à nous faire partager la fabrication avec soin de ces bières. Ne pas hésiter à prendre la dégustation de 3 galopins ( pour 4€50 ) accompagnés d'une planche fromages/charcuterie très bien garnie. Je conseille La Saint Malo qui est excellente!
