It is impossible not to mention the Rum in the Falklands, since we are necessarily thinking of the famous transatlantic race that links the Breton port to Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe every 4 years since 1978. The race was also created in part to highlight the sugar producers of Caribbean rum.

Bartender for nearly 20 years, notably at La Belle Epoque in Saint-Malo, he offers an impressive selection: agricultural rums, candy rums, arranged rums and collectible rums.
