In this charming pastry shop, located in the Saint-Ideuc district, Philippe Bonfils has put all his talent into the preparation of sweet sweets. He makes it a point of honour to use only quality products without adding additives or colorants. The pastries on offer are all equally appetizing. Our favourites go for the cabbage garnished, available in different flavors, they will finish a meal pleasantly. Also, the divine lemon meringue pie, subtly dosed with sugar and bitterness, the mille-feuille with a worked puff pastry, not to mention the pavlola, a Russian dessert as light as it is delicious in the mouth. A selection of organic breads is also on sale as well as Anaïs herbal teas. It should be noted that a range of salted products is being prepared.
