The Association of the C.A.T. Armor, an association affiliated with ADAPEI 35 and UNAPEI, was born in 1969 under the aegis of parents and friends of persons with mental disabilities who wanted, for their children and their loved ones, a suitable project and living conditions, favorable to their development for a better -being and recognizing as a citizen. The E.S.A.T. located in Dinard. is approved to accommodate 223 adults with intellectual disabilities to date.
The Association C.A.T. Armor also manages a Service of accompaniment to Social Life (S.A.V.S.), a Temporary Reception Service (S.A.T.) which can simultaneously accommodate up to 7 persons in boarding schools for short periods of time, such as during holidays or hospitalization of the family…
The association also manages a section Annex C.A.T (S.A.C.A.T.) on the Saint Malo site. Created in 1988, this structure welcomes people whose autonomy is more limited, either by a heavier handicap or by early aging, passing fatigability. The CAT undertakes various activities: green spaces, leather furniture, subcontracting, service delivery, repastry.
