Anne Crozet invites you to come and discover the stand up paddle through three formulas. Learn the perfect slide with Sup glisse: to discover the gesture of initiation to perfection. Discover magical landscapes with Sup stroll: in Rance or at sea, on flat water. And venture into more committed conditions with Sup rando: at sea on a more lapping body of water. The stable and responsive boards are suitable for safe hiking and progress. Anne always chooses the best circuit adapted to your level according to the weather and wind. The session lasts 1h30. Departure most often to Anse du Lupin. Board, paddle and wetsuit are provided. Reception of groups (E.C., Social Centres...) from 10 people, estimate on request. Beach race activities (team relay) for your events: companies, bachelorette parties, birthdays, family celebrations. From the age of 14.
