Mauvaise qualité, expérience client décevante
Bague achetée il y a un an, déjà cassée pour « cause d’usure ». On m’avait pourtant vendu un « bijou de qualité ». La bijouterie me demande de payer 89€ de réparation (soit un tiers du prix, c’est donc un bijou jetable en quelque sorte). Cette boutique ne vend pas de la bijouterie mais de la fantaisie. A fuir si vous souhaitez de la qualité et une bonne expérience client. Très déçu, je n’y retournerai plus.
