Stéphane's cuisine is as generous as tasty. Old house or herring rillings to start. The most reckless will continue with the chef's specialty: veal head or trip style. Each hour a single dish is served in this neighborhood canteen. You may have the chance to fall on a day of duck and his gratin Dauphinois or test the delicious beef coast. The dishes are awarded as we love them (generously). Stéphane regularly leaves his kitchen to ensure that your meat is cooked correctly and that the sauce likes… This joyous hostel, halfway between the brewery and the bistro, is a charming anachronism. The walls are covered with photos of the great era featuring Gainsbourg, Ferré, Brassens… A trip in France of yesteryear not to miss.
