Behind the Bourse ferry terminal, the restaurant boasts a superb view of Saint-Malo and the Môle des Noires: a pleasure! Products from the Breton coast and local produce are magnified with pretty combinations: skewer of snacked scallops, yuzu butter and squash purée. Seafood is also given pride of place, with specialties such as cotriade de la mer with shellfish cream or local sauerkraut. Fish, meat, mussels, seafood platters: happiness is in the plate.

Fidèle de Saint Malo depuis plusieurs années, je n'avais jamais testé ce restaurant..
Et là, franchement... magnifique, tout simplement !!! Tout y est : vue, lieu, accueil, service et éveil des papilles. ..une pépite !! Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Je recommande !!
