Caroline and Etienne have been awarded a well-deserved distinction this year: the bib gourmand. Their lovely, simple, gourmet cuisine delights the palate. In a modern, comfortable setting, their leisurely market cuisine respects the seasons and magnifies Brittany's terroir. Flavors come together perfectly, as in the dish we loved: guinea fowl supreme with celery mousseline, seasonal vegetables and black garlic jus. Right in the heart of the historic city and a stone's throw from Bon Secours beach, this is a great address.
