Nous avons apprécié le menu Corsaire avec sa soupe de poissons, son saumon sauce béarnaise de bonne facture et une crème brûlée qui aurait gagné à être plus parfumée à la vanille Bourbon. Le vin blanc sec de Quincy et le Chinon AOP rouge, étaient agréables et gouleyants. Le service souriant, diligent est efficace. Il est recommandé de réserver.
