Japanese restaurant next to Breizh Café offering a cuisine made with local and organic products

The airy space and the industrial atmosphere plunge you elsewhere, illustrating this cuisine that brings together Brittany and Japan. Bertrand Lacher proposes a cuisine made from local products from organic farming. The menu evolves with the seasons and features dishes to be shared and served as they come. Chef Yasu works wonders with Breton products and offers sashimi, maki, karragé (marinated chicken), wagyu (Japanese beef) or tonyu nabe (Japanese fondue). A concept to share and an excellent table!

L’accueil était très chaleureux et les équipes sont très à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Les explications étaient très claires. L’enchaînement des plats se faisait parfaitement sans précipitation ce qui laisse le temps de savourer le plat avant d’enchaîner le suivant. Les plats étaient très raffinés et les différents ingrédients se mariaient parfaitement ensemble. C’était une très belle découverte. On reviendra avec plaisir pour tester le reste de la carte
