Between Japan and Saint-Malo, there's the Breizh café counter, showcasing the recipes of Bertrand Larcher. After Cancale, Paris and Tokyo, here too you'll find a marriage between Brittany and Japan, with quality products and original galettes. Bib gourmand in 2023, simplicity and good taste have once again been rewarded, and for good reason: Bordier butter and Roellinger spices are among the chef's superb creations. We love the Basque cured ham, organic mirror egg, comté cheese and seasonal vegetables. Very good and not to be missed.

Très bon accueil ,la carte est appétissante et ils ont fait un bon sourcing au niveau des ingrédients .Du coup on retrouve de belles saveurs coté salé et de la gourmandise dans les crêpes sucrés. Il propose une large gamme de cidre. Excellent moment autour d'une grande table haute.

Les produits sont certes sélectionnés mais on parle de galette!
Horriblement cher pour un moment «  coincé ».
Cela manque de vie. Quand on mange sur un bar il faut avoir en face de l échange et du dynamisme.
