Marie Traup and Romain Diop have created this excellent traditional crêperie. Experts in the choice of their products, they believe that a great buckwheat makes a great galette, and you can feel it. In this small crêperie with its typical wooden tables and simple, elegant decor, the Grain Noir signature galette is delicious: Breton trout, fresh goat's cheese, crunchy vegetables and lemon zest. The whole galette is crisp and fluffy, as are all the crêpes. This popular address deserves a reservation for traditional recipes.
