Located on the banks of the Ille, the Moulin de la Charbonnière specialises in organic and conventional buckwheat flour (also called buckwheat flour) since 1923. The 3rd generation of the Schmitt family carries the torch. The wheel, which has been back in service since 2017, offers a bucolic setting to all walkers who spend the weekdays at the store to get their supplies directly. Adherent Bleu-Blanc-Cœur, the mill offers quality flours to prepare its cakes but also all its breads, pastries and brioches... There are also specialities such as chestnut-figue-hazelnut flour or muesli flour to make fruit brioche breads. A welcoming mill.

J'ai été cliente depuis 7 ans . Très satisfaite du produit. Notamment, la semaine dernière, problème dans la farine. Une invasion de papillons ! Seule réponse pour le geste commercial....on ne remplace pas la farine, vous avez qu a la tamiser !! Merci c est sympathique. Vous nous avez prit que 1 sac depuis juillet. Effectivement j'ai un peu changé mon activité, ayant repris un restaurant ouvrier et crêperie le we. Il fût un temps où je faisais plus le contraire. Néanmoins j estime qu'il n y a pas de petits et gros clients...merci au revoir.
