Maison Fraudin has built up a fine reputation in Saint-Grégoire's Maison Blanche district since 2016. Its success has led to the opening of a second boutique downtown. We of course went to taste the croissants of Baptiste Cortais, the pastry chef-tourier who had won the prize for the best butter croissant in France in 2019. And deservedly so! The bread is truly delicious. Special mention for the bread of the month: tourte de meule, apricots, hazelnuts and curry. The Madagascar vanilla flan is a nugget. You just want to try everything!
