Le Saison offers a high-flying stopover in Brittany. Chef Ronan Kervarrec, winner of two stars in his previous establishments, intends to return to his roots, drawing on his childhood culinary memories to create harmony and emotion in his dishes. His influences are drawn from the scents of the sea. At the heart of the season, the flavors become iodized: peach from the sea, Roscoff onion with white balsamic, Breton kombu, au naturel cooking juice or Comice doyenné pear, poached in green coffee, sorrel-melissa vinaigrette. Souvenir menus with four to seven stops. It's hard to leave.
