In October 2023, Christelle and Denis took over from the shop's creator, Typhenn. Motivated to offer eco-responsible gift baskets and new local delicatessen references, they intend to preserve the original spirit, in particular the collection of around a hundred cheeses. Here, the emphasis is on short circuits: honey from Tremblay, cheeses from Mellé, eggs from La Bazouge-du-Désert, beers from Saint-Ouen-la-Rouërie, vegetables from Montours, wines, teas and herbal teas, apple juice... For "zero waste" enthusiasts, there are also plenty of bulk products.

This factory outlet is a real bargain. It boasts an attractive sales area (250 m²) next to the production workshops. For the record, the production line was originally located under the bakery in Mont-Saint-Michel. You'll find a wide choice of sweet products: galettes, palets, sablés, cookies, chocolate cookies, confectionery, chocolates and caramels... As well as local products: cider, pommé, seafood... Unbeatable prices!
