Le complexe est vraiment bien situé et semble bien entretenu de l'extérieur. Mais à l'intérieur, il y a un besoin urgent de rénovation. Il n'y a pas de lavabo dans les toilettes, il faut donc se laver les mains dans la cuisine ou, selon l'appartement, monter un étage pour utiliser le lavabo de la salle de bain. Le WLAN doit être réservé en plus (20€/semaine), les draps et les serviettes doivent également être réservés séparément. Les produits de nettoyage et les ustensiles ne sont pas disponibles, mais peuvent (surprise) être achetés en plus. Un chat (Kiwi) et le carlin de la réceptionniste font partie du complexe.

Très bel endroit. Les plages à couper le souffle sont à 5 min à pied, et à 2 min à pied il y a un arrêt de bus qui va à Saint-Malo, le Nice du nord.
