In addition to his Lices address, sommelier Stéphane Foucher has a second cellar on rue de Nemours. Here, you'll find expert advice and a cheerful atmosphere. A selection of 900 to 1,200 wines and spirits awaits you: biodynamic, local, with an emphasis on small producers. You can also treat your taste buds to foreign wines from Italy, Spain, Greece, Georgia and Austria, as well as wines from the New World (including Chile and Argentina). There's also a fine selection of over 60 beers from microbreweries, ciders and spirits, including the excellent chouchen from the Dragon Rouge cellar.
